The following terms and conditions will apply to purchases of services and goods made at Yogiyog. Privacy and confidentiality policies will apply while using either our main or e-commerce websites.!

These Terms and Conditions, including all documents referenced herein, represent the entire understanding between Yogiyog and you regarding your use of this Site. They encompass terms of using website, courses off beat and on beat. Serviceability will solely follow these terms.

1) GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

a. Yogiyog is always happy to provide you customized yoga classes and personalized yoga services.
b. Classes must be booked and paid in advance.
c. Cancellation or rescheduling must be made before 24 hours. Yogiyog believes in proffer services on time. Trainees are expected to arrive at campus on time.
d. Safety is the key for yoga. Students are equally liable for own safety. Extending body beyond your limit may cause disorder into your muscles.
e. Attendance is unavoidable each and every class.Theory, practical Asana, morning and evening prayer, silent walk.
f. We are NOT responsible for your personal belongings. You are solely responsible for your bags and belongings.

2) HEALTH AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

a. It is desirable for yoga seekers to go through advice procedures from physician or health practitioners before commencing yoga.
b. Any consultation regarding financial, psychological, physical, legal and medical information is mentioned in this site is not directed to any individual personally. Neither medical services nor we are responsible to cure any diseases.
c. We as an organization are not accountable for injuries occurred due to trainee’s failure in following dictum by instructor.
d. You and your legal representatives can’t protest any direct or indirect mutilation due to delinquencies and damageable acts by students.
e. Members are supplicated to wear clothes with comfort ability and dignity.

3) SCHEDULING AND RESCHEDULING

a. Organization can change schedules and treatments without any prior instruction.
b. Organization can change instructor and reasons may or may not to be disclosed to trainee.
c. Any booked session must be cancelled within 24 hours by online and offline media or else trainee would be charged as per agreement.

4) PAYMENT AND SALE TERMS

a. Prices are determined by the directors of Yogiyog and may be vary from time to time.
b. Being purchaser one must be 18 years of age or rules applicable for level of majority.
c. No artificial persons (corporations, partnerships, or other legal authorities) are allowed to purchase services.
d. While making purchase one should be able to provide us valid credit card number inclusive of all payment information. Credit card without payment information is banned to purchase our services.
e. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable and once payment is confirmed you are bound to be part of training of Yogiyog.
f. TTC RYT-200 or TTC RYT-500 Purchaser must follow 80-20 rule i.e. 20% of the fees amount must be paid in advance (which is non-refundable if you fail to attend classes and non-transferable in any case). Remaining 80% must be paid before course begins which is transferable in same course in same calendar year.
g. We sell in blocks of 1 to 10 but you can’t transfer any of the blocks to other clients except in exceptional condition.
h. You agree to pay all charges to your account, including applicable taxes in accordance with billing terms in effect at the time of purchase is made.

5) WEBSITE DISCLAIMER AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

By using this website you are bound to this agreement irrespective of visitor, members.
a. Usage of materials of this website is strictly prohibited for any commercial means. You may not copy, translate, modify,publish,broadcast, distribute, perform or sell any content appearing in this website.
b. Any posting of materials inclusive of racist, harassment, illegal, offensive or defensive, pornographic, stalk, violation of general laws and principles, hacking of site, fetching of excessive traffic on website by any means or any of the similar content which devastate reputation of Yogiyog are unlawful means.

d. False information would lead to termination of your account from website.

6) TERMINATION TERMS

a. Terms and condition is in force and in effect as it posted in this website.
b. You may terminate membership at any span, for any reason following some instructions.
c. Yogiyog has right to terminate your account, membership, classes in action you breach any of the terms without any prior information.

7) CONTRACT TERMS

a. Contract is void until we confirmed by electronic mail inclusive of particulars of your order, payment information and terms.
b. Membership may be canceled if it is not renewed in prescribed time duration.
c. You are solely responsible for all your use of the service and for security of equipment you are utilizing.

8) YOGIYOG MEMBERSHIP

We are member of yoga alliance https://www.yogaalliance.org uncompromisingly following norms of yoga alliance.

DEFINITIVE TERMS

1) Service here means any service or information provided by service provider of Yoga
Sareeta on site or at school.

3) Organization here means we the team of Yogiyog as a whole
4) Service provider means one who directly or indirectly participated in rendering services.
