About Yogiyog

It was founded by Yogi Sikhar on 1st January in India, 2009.
Yoga means union as one with the whole. Sareeta means river (flow)
Yogiyog, the natural flow of the river following the course of its life’s journey, just like ours. Often mind leads us astray and yoga enables us to flow with life.
